continuously improve the efficiency of basic processes of the organization, in order to increase service performance results;
identify the strengths and weaknesses of BAXCOM, assessing organizational performance against the performance of other organizations is a model of excellence in the field;
conscious and systematic application of quality management laws as the right way to develop leadership organizational.
Implementing the policy will be adopted by following these directions:
statutory level of culture / quality throughout the organization, with direct involvement and responsibility of top management and exectutiv in the implementation of QMS;
transforming marketing into an integrated concept of management organization which meets aggressive competition;
modernization of society to ensure a working environment for employees and increase the competitiveness of services and overall performance of the organization;
increased competition permanent staff performing work affecting the quality of services provided by appropriate training - by areas;
improving internal communication within the organization, both horizontally and vertically;
continuous monitoring and measuring processes and QMS processes, in ways that demonstrate their ability to achieve planned results;
BAXCOM customer satisfaction monitoring and undertaking all appropriate measures for their loyalty.
